KOVA CT-11B waterproofing admixture is a liquid additive, used to mix cement and concrete mortars, which increases the flexibility and plasticity of mortars, prevents the crack of cement mortars. , concrete also increases the grade and waterproof ability of the material.

Surface preparation

• Cleaning the entire surface of cement, concrete: scrape off layers of mortar, damaged concrete, old paint layers, grease, chalk dust, moss.
• Then rinse.

Construction

1. Used to treat floor-piercing pipes: To ensure that floor-piercing pipes are tightly connected with concrete and increase waterproofing right at this contiguous position, we use CT-11B as follows:

• Step 1: Mix thoroughly the cement, mi and CT-11B to make it soft. *
• Step 2: Seal the mixture tightly to the joint adjacent to the surface of concrete.

* Only mix CT-11B and adjust to the consistency, not add water.

2. Used in the form of mixing with concrete or mortar:

• Step 1: Prepare a CT-11B mixture in the ratio of 1kg CT-11B for a 50kg bag of cement (the amount of cement is calculated according to concrete or mortar).
• Step 2: Prepare the calculated amount of water according to concrete or mortar.
• Step 3: Put CT-11B in prepared water, stir thoroughly. Use this mixture to mix concrete or cement mortar for construction.

NOTE

The mixture reaches its highest hardness after 21 days. Using cement product modified (mixed) with CT-11B does not need to curing water, just let it dry naturally in the air. However, the strength of this product is still much greater than non-denatured cement and cured by water.
