CONSTRUCTION GUIDE
Surface preparation
- Old surfaces: must be removed from grease, moss, old paint layers, chalk dust and weathered cement mortar layers.
- The surface of new cement and concrete mortars must reach sufficient grade and no peeling, for walls, it is necessary to stabilize the mortar structure (at least 12 days).
- Dampen the surface before application to the KOVA CT-11A Plus Advanced Waterproof Wall.
Construction
- Step 1: Prepare the mixture according to the following ratio:
1kg of cement: 0.5 liter of water: 1kg of High Quality Waterproofing KOVA CT-11A Plus Wall (**)
(**) Mix thoroughly before the mixture of cement and water. After that, mix mixture of cement and water with KOVA CT-11A Plus Wall Waterproofing Agent. The mixture after mixing must be used up within 1 hour, until mixed.
- Step 2: Apply on the surface of 2-3 layers. Each class is 6-8 hours apart. Surface is dry at least 2 days before application of coats / mastic or paint.
NOTE
- Hardness of KOVA CT-11A Plus High Quality Waterproofing Wall reaches the absolute after 7 days.
- High Quality Waterproof KOVA CT-11A Plus Wall under slight pressure if applied 3 layers (in position: basement wall).
- If the construction surface has cracks, must apply CT-14 elastic waterproofing first.
- If CT-11A is mixed with cement, it must be used within 1 hour, because after that time the product will be frozen. Where to mix cement there.
- Mixing the right ratio of 1kg of cement: 0.5 liter of water: 1kg of high quality waterproofing KOVA CT-11A Plus Tuong.
- Surface drying time 2 hours.
- Construction class 2 after 6-8 hours
